According to multiple sources NESN, ESPN etc. The New York Rangers are trading forwards Brandon Dubinsky, Artem Anisimov, defensive prospect Tim Erixon and a first-round pick in 2013 for Rick Nash.
The Rangers clearly overpaid by giving up two quality forwards and a promising defense man as well as their first rounder.  Even though it is somewhat disappointing that one of the Bruins toughest opponents are now stronger on paper, it is a good thing Chiarelli didn't overpay and kept the gang together. Now it is just a matter of can the Bruins come out hungry.
