Bruins vs Oilers: keys to the game

The Bruins will play against the Edmonton Oilers tonight and our old friend Andrew Ference. The Bruins parted ways with him so he went to his hometown, Edmonton. Now its time for him to prove he's still got it tonight against the B's.

So far this season Andrew Ference has 2 goals and 2 assists with a -6 +/-. Krug on the other hand has 8 goals and 10 assists with a 5 +/-. So Chiarelli made the right move on this one but its always hard to see a guy like Ference go. For hockey odds you can check out NHL lines here.

The focus point for the Bruins tonight will be Taylor Hall. Hall has been hot recently, even making the hot list in the SI magazine, with his recent hat trick against the Colorado Avalanche. Hall is heating up and if the Bruins aren't careful, they'll get burned.

    Keys:

    1) Amazing Offense: The Oilers have rebuilt their team through the draft and boy have they been successful. With Nail Yakupov, Jordan Eberle, Taylor Hall, Ryan Nugent Hopkins, and Mark Arcobello the Oilers are looking at a bright future. Tonight the Bruins will have to look to Seidenberg and Bergeron to cover young kids who are way to fast for Chara. Chara can just continue to smash people around in the defensive zone.

    2) Give One To Ference?: C'mon. We love Ference. The Oilers defense is bad and they've lost a lot of games. So if we find ourselves up, say, 4-1? Tell Tuukka to slip on a banana pail again like in that Rangers series and give Ference a goal.
