The Bruins were a minute away from winning their 54th game of the year last year before a Ryan Suter goal undid their lead and took the game to an eventual shootout.
And we all know how the Bruins feel about shootouts, and they again fared no better than what they usually have this particular season.
Reilly Smith (20), Patrice Bergeron (29), and Loui Eriksson (9) all scored for the Black and Gold. The B's went 0-3 in the shootout.
If you can stomach listening to the huge homer that is the Minnesota Wild broadcast team, here are the highlights from the action. Then again, we have Jack, so I guess I can't complain about hometown announcers.
