Highlights from the weekend: B's/Sabres, B's/Devils

On Saturday, the Bruins defeated the Buffalo Sabres 4-1 to clinch their second Presidents' Trophy in franchise history, with the only other other coming in the 1989-90 season.

David Krejci scored twice, and both Greg Campbell and Patrice Bergeron netted the other two goals in the game. Bergeron's goal was his 30th of his season, the most since the 2005-06 season when he recorded 31.

The Bruins closed out the regular season with a 3-2 loss to the New Jersey Devils on the road, with goals coming from Loui Eriksson and Brad Marchand.

The game meant absolutely zilch for the Black and Gold, as their seeding as the #1 seed in the East was already sowed up last week and their playoff opponent, the Detroit Red Wings, was determined the night before by way of a Columbus Blue Jackets victory of the Florida Panthers.
