Today marks the third straight day that the NHLPA met with the NHL to continue talking about the labor disputes. Sources say that the issues being discussed today will be about legal issues. Also, executive director Don Fehr was not present at the meetings but has met separately with commissioner Gary Bettmen during the past couple days.
It looks like the lockout could possibly be resolved by the middle to end of this week. However, if this happens the season will almost certainly be pushed back as all the preseason games have been canceled.
